Shivangee Crafts limited is professionally managed company in Kashipur, having experienced and resourceful team in manufacturing Grey and Dyed Polyester/Viscose/Acrylic Yarn of different blends.
The Company was incorporated as Public Limited Company on 20.06.1996 and was granted Certificate of Commencement of Business on 04.09.1996. Later on, the name of the Company was changed from Shivangi Crafts Limited to Shivangee Crafts Limited on 13.06.2002. Shivangee Crafts Ltd., a house of quality yarn, is well equipped with state-of-art manufacturing facilities.
Shivangee's yarn, produced under the sharp vision of the experienced and qualified technocrats and a dynamic management , is the preferred choice of the hosiery ,stitching, weaving and textile industry.Shivangee,the only running spinning mill of Uttranchal,has given employment to tens of hundreds, in the rural belt, thus contributing towards eradication of unemployment of the state.
Shivangee Crafts Limited (SCL) has now proven to be a successful venture in the state Uttaranchal. The Company was promoted by “JINDAL” family of Kashipur (Uttaranchal), who are well known for their capability to give turn-around progress to any enterprise. The Company came out of initial teething troubles under the management and valuable guidance of Shri Mithlesh Kumar Agarwal with active assistance of their sons Shri Yogesh Kumar Jindal and Shri Devendra Kumar Agarwal and his grandson Shri Akshay Jindal, having the optimistic vision. “JINDALS” are known in Uttaranchal for taking new ventures in the depressed market at the lowest cost of project and turn the same into profit making venture. The Company has recorded the cash profits in all the previous three years and do envisage bright future in the emerging textile market.
